Every piece is made by hand around your fabric and shipped carefully packaged. Below is how sending in, delivery and returns work.
Sending in your fabric
After ordering you receive a confirmation email with a unique code. Send us the onesie, blanket or little dress you chose, and include that code. We'll let you know as soon as your fabric has arrived safely.
Lead time
Because every piece is original and handmade, expect roughly 2 to 4 weeks from the moment we receive your fabric, depending on the type of work. Larger canvases and posters may take a little longer.
Shipping
Free tracked shipping within the EU. You'll get a track-and-trace as soon as your piece is on its way. We ship outside the EU too — any costs are shown during checkout.
Returns & repairs
Each piece is a personalised, made-to-order item and therefore not eligible for standard returns. If your work arrives damaged or something isn't right, contact us within 14 days — we'll put it right at no cost.
