From the onesie you send in to the piece you get back: these are the stages, and here's how you stay updated along the way.
1 · Confirmation
Right after ordering you receive a confirmation email with a unique code. Keep that email — it's your reference for everything that follows.
2 · Fabric on its way
You send us your fabric with the code included. As soon as it arrives safely, we'll let you know.
3 · In the studio
We make your piece by hand around your fabric. For most commissions we share a photo along the way, so you can watch it take shape.
4 · On its way to you
When your piece is ready, we ship it with tracked delivery. You'll receive a track-and-trace by email.
